An intensive 8-week program equipping women founders with the skills, network and confidence to raise capital — and take their businesses to the next level. You'll work directly with experienced entrepreneurs, financial advisors, lawyers and investment specialists to get genuinely investment-ready: pressure-testing your numbers, safeguarding against costly early-stage legal mistakes, unlocking new clients, and building the credibility investors back.

Female founders across Australia with an innovation-driven business that has a scalable solution, first customers or users, and a company structure in place or in progress. Covers startup, growth and expansion stages. Industry agnostic. Welcoming of diverse founders including CALD, women of colour, regional communities, and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander women. The IRP is delivered 100% online so you can participate from anywhere in Australia, without disrupting the day-to-day of running your business. Every week combines self-paced learning, live workshops, and small-group mentoring — all hosted inside one connected community space.

One hour each week, live with a subject-matter expert — covering funding, legals, product-market fit, finance, HR and capital raise strategy.

- All sessions are recorded — catch up on your own schedule if you can't attend live
- Workbook and templates delivered alongside each workshop
- Designed to move you forward by at least one concrete milestone per week

Weekly · Multiple Sessions
Small Group Mentoring
Every week there are multiple small-group mentoring sessions on offer, each hosted by a different experienced entrepreneur — so you can choose the sessions that best match your stage, sector and current challenges.
- A rotating roster of mentors with different experiences, industries and specialities
- Pick and choose the sessions most relevant to what you're working on that week
- Hot-seat coaching on your specific challenges, blockers and decisions
- Mentors who have raised capital or actively invest in women-led companies
- Warm introductions and opportunities surfaced through the wider mentor network
Your weekly commitment: approximately 3–5 hours across e-learning, the live workshop and your chosen mentoring session(s) — plus three private 1:1 sessions (Financial Advisor, Lawyer and IRP Lead) scheduled at times that suit you across the 8 weeks.
